We had strawberry tart class form 7-9 pm on Thursday May 8th, 2025 at San Carlos Youth Center.  

          It wasn't a perfect timing for most of my friends because it's kind of rush for everybody to decide. Lots of them couldn't make it, some had to cancel the schedule due to other issues, while some joined at the last minute. Anyway, following the American spirit 'Just Do It' (Nike's slogan), I organized the first baking class in my home, and we had a nice time trying to make a 'perfect' chiffon cake, and chatting.
