Now I can finally grant success in making a chiffon cake. The morale of the story is that if I keep trying I will achieve my goals at some point eventually. The feeling is so good. I enjoy everything about this class. Thank you again my friends!

It wasn't a perfect timing for most of my friends because it's kind of rush for everybody to decide. Lots of them couldn't make it, some had to cancel the schedule due to other issues, while some joined at the last minute. Anyway, following the American spirit 'Just Do It' (Nike's slogan), I organized the first baking class in my home, and we had a nice time trying to make a 'perfect' chiffon cake, and chatting. Thank you so much for being the students of my first class: Long, Mayumi, In Won and Junko! Long gave me the assignment to teach her how to make chiffon cake, and she was willing to pay. There is enough motivation for me to do this. When I gathered about 4 people who showed their interest in my class on Friday, I started to prepare. I had to make a nice one in order to teach others. However, it's not easy to make a chiffon cake in a perfect shape. To try it out, I used more than twenty eggs during three days. My fridge was piled with chiffon cakes. I encountered most problems that we may have when we make chiffon cakes. Finally, on Monday morning, the last trial turned out successfully! So I am able to teach my students in the afternoon. I felt so happy and so relieved!
Now I can finally grant success in making a chiffon cake. The morale of the story is that if I keep trying I will achieve my goals at some point eventually. The feeling is so good. I enjoy everything about this class. Thank you again my friends!

It's a really perfect one! It's so even, and has that wonderful fluffy-spongy structure! I think, that all the time you spent for it is definitely generously repaid :)
