Opera Mango

           Thanks Mayu for ordering. Unlike the traditional opera with coffee flavor, this one is flavored with mango.

         Composition: biscuit with almond meal and hazelnut meal, mango puree syrup, butter cream, ganache with Valrhona chocolate Araguani, glaze with white chocolate and mango puree.
          Decoration: white chocolate, mango and verbena leaves.
