2026 Winter Baking Classes
Discover the art of French pastry-making in this hands-on class! Shushu was trained to be a pastry chef at Ferrandi culinary school in Paris and owns the cottage food bakery Shushu’s French Pastry. During the session, We will make classic Quiche Mushroom Spinach, Chocolate Truffle for Valentine’s Day and Madeleine. After enjoying your delicious creations in class, you will take home what you’ve made to share. No prior experience is necessary, just a passion for baking and tasting! French Sablé cookies class (lemon/walnut)
In this class, you will learn to make melt-in-your-mouth cookies using particular whipping, mixing, and pressing skills. At the end of the class, you will try the freshly baked cookies and bring home the cookie dough you made in class to share the love with your family and friends.

Christmas Cookie Box
We will make four kinds of cookies to build a Christmas Cookie Box: Flower cookies with Orange Marmalade, Tree cookies with ginger and cinnamon, Crescent cookies, and Pistachio Cranberry Shortbread cookies.
We will learn three basic cookie dough recipes, and you will be able to make lots of variations for holidays and occasions.
Strawberry tart class
You will learn to make a buttery and crispy pie crust ( the sweet dough) and the pastry cream, and you will garnish it with fresh strawberries. Using the basic recipe and fundamental skills, you can create different kinds of fruit tarts later.
Tarte Bourdaloue (Pear Tart) Class
In this class, we will make sweet dough and almond cream and build a tart with poached pears.
Tarte aux Pomme (Classic French Apple Tart) class
You will make the classic French pâtisserie tarte aux pommes, apple tart in this class. We will make the buttery pie crust and apple compote. This is an easy, delicious, and low-sugar dessert. Enjoy the warm apple tart with vanilla ice cream.
Cream Puff (Vanilla and chocolate)
We will learn how to make pâte à choux, pastry cream flavored with vanilla bean, chocolate ganache, and chocolate glaze. We will make vanilla and chocolate cream puffs. You can make variations such as éclairs, profiteroles, and gougères based on this recipe.
Mooncake class
Join us for a hands-on workshop and learn the secrets to crafting delicious homemade mooncakes, a beloved traditional Chinese dessert enjoyed during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
Discover the secret to creating mooncakes that taste fresher and lighter than store-bought ones. Learn to make three delicious flavors: jujube walnut, lotus seed black tea, and coconut cranberry.
You will also take home your freshly baked mooncakes to share with friends and family and celebrate the beauty of the full moon together.
Quiche Mushroom Spinach
In this class, you will learn how to make a flaky, buttery pie crust (the shortcrust dough) from scratch, line the tart ring, sauté the mushrooms, and build your quiche with egg cream mixture and gruyere. You will be able to make quiche with other seasonal vegetables and ingredients, as per the recipe.
No-bake Mango Mousse Cake Class
You will learn to make a no-bake mango mouse cake with digestive cookies, fresh mango puree, and heavy whipping cream. We will finish with a swirl mango jelly.
