Mooncake crust is made from flour, inverted sugar, peanut oil and a little bit of alkali water. Jujube filling contains dry jujube puree, grape seeds oil, and walnuts with no sugar added. Lotus seeds filling has lotus seeds, sugar, grape seeds oil, and oolong tea. Surprisingly, these two kinds of mooncakes are vegan by nature. Custard mooncakes contain eggs and dairy.
