In this class, you will learn to make cranberry jam, orange marmalade and parmesan cheese cookies. You will create melt-in-your-mouth cookie texture using particular mixing, and pressing skills. After enjoying your delicious creations in class, you will take home what you’ve made to share. You will be able to create your own jam cookie flavors after you learn this basic recipe.
