2026 Winter Baking Classes
Discover the art of French pastry-making in this hands-on class! Shushu was trained to be a pastry chef at Ferrandi culinary school in Paris and owns the cottage food bakery Shushu’s French Pastry. During the session, We will make classic Quiche Mushroom Spinach, Chocolate Truffle for Valentine’s Day and Madeleine. After enjoying your delicious creations in class, you will take home what you’ve made to share. No prior experience is necessary, just a passion for baking and tasting!
